Operation Control for Regional South Sumatera.
Requirements :
- Having knowledge about Audit,Risk Management, Internal Control & Business Process.
- Having experience as Auditor at least 5 years
Job Responsibility :
- Ensure that all operation activity process in AMO and Depo are according with applicable SOP & guideline and company regulation.
- Conduct SOP evaluation related to operational activity.
- Carry out socialization or communication related to alteration/modification SOP/Guideline,regulation and procedure according with work plan.
- Prepare and provide documents and report are needed to operational and administrative function on Operation Control.
- Performing a risk assessment by analyzing current risk and identifying any potential risk.
- Establishing the level of risk, the company are willing to take.
- Preparing risk management and insurance budget.
- Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include leasing with internal and external auditors.
- Maintaining record of insurance policies and claims.
- Building compliance awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company.
