Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia saat ini membutuhkan karyawan dengan posisi sebagai berikut :
1. Site Superintendent
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineer or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Superintendent/Drill & Blast Superintendent/PJO in Mining, preferable for the Drilling & Blasting Services Company
Strong communication skills to motivate employees, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders and line management,
Having strong presentation & leadership skills
Having POM Certificate is a must
Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off.
2. Technical Services & QC Engineer
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
At least 3 years’ experience as Engineer in Technical Service or Drill and Blast department
Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients
Computer literacy with reporting experience
Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
POP and KJL1 will be advantages
Familiar with Emulsion Technology
Understanding of Electronic Detonator System
Hold a Driver’s license; for heavy vehicle would be an advantage
The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
3. Site Supervisor
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Minimum 3 years experiences as a Drill & Blast Foreman/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
Having POP Certificate
Understanding applications of drill and blast design
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
4. SHE Officer
Bachelor Degree in DIII – Health & Safety, Public Health or any related major
Preferable had minimum 3 years experience as SHE Officer in Mining or Blasting or Explosive Company
Having Ahli K3 Umum Certificate
Having POP Certificate will be an advantage
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
5. Blast Foreman
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Minimum 3 years experience working in mining projects, especially on project blasting or explosives.
Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class II
Having POP Certificate is a must
Holds SIM A Driving License
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
6. Drill Foreman
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Minimum 3 years experience as Drill Foreman, preferable for the Drilling & Blasting Services Company
Holds SIM A Driving License
Having POP Certificate is a must
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
7. Maintenance Foreman
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Minimum 3 years experience as Maintenance Foreman, preferable for the Drilling & Blasting Services Company
Good communication and Having strong leadership skills
Having strong presentation & leadership skills
Having POP Certificate is a must
Familiar with drilling machine and MMU/ANFO Truck
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
8. OSP Foreman
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Minimum 3 years experiences as OSP Foreman, preferable for the Blasting Services Company
Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
Having POP Certificate is a must
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
9. Drill Operator
Minimum Senior High School Degree
At least 3 years experiences as Drilling Operator
Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
Having certificate operator drilling is an advantage
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
10. Blaster
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Minimum 5 years experiences as a Blaster, preferable for the Blasting Services Company
Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class II
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
11. MMU Operator
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Having minimum 3 years experiences as MMU/ANFO/EDU Truck Operator
Having knowledge to operate MMU (Volvo, Scania, Hino)
Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
12. Mechanic
Minimum Senior High School Degree, background
At least 3 years experiences as Mechanic, preferable experience in handle drilling unit
Having BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificate is an advantage
Having knowledge of troubleshooting system mechanical of Drilling Equipment
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
13. OSP Operator
Minimum Senior High School Degree
Minimum 3 years experiences as OSP Operator, preferable for the Blasting Services Company
Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
Willing to be placed at Lahat, South Sumatera with Roster Schedule 6 Weeks Onsite : 2 Weeks Off
