Travel Consultant
Kualifikasi :
- Graduates from Vocational School/D3/D4/S1 majoring TOURISM are preferred.
- Have working experience in same position at least 1 years.
- Not undergoing formal education.
- Able to operate the Abacus, Galileo, Sabre and Oracle.
- Have good communication skills, and work under pressure
- Based from Palembang, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Manado and Jayapura (native people are preffered)
- Can join immediately
Responsibilities :
- Serving customers who come to the branch (cross selling) according to the best service quality standards to customers.
- Carry out SOP's in all branch operational activities.
- Identify market competitors on a regular basis.
- Understand and master the product tour offered.
- Promoting product tours to customers.
- Able to handle corporate clients.
