Kualifikasi :
● Min 3-5 years in sales area experience from Telco, FMCG, and e-Commerce Industries
● Has background in expansion new store/distributor will be good
● Should have experience to handle the area coverage and based in Palembang
● Good leadership and communication skill is a must
Job Descriptions :
● Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow existing merchant customer base
● To monitor campaigns against KPI's, be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks to increase sales
● Sound Leadership skills covering collaboration, negotiation, influencing to work across departments and with external parties
● Complete accurate, objective, and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reports in timely manner
● Create and present the sales, revenue, and expenses report and realistic forecasts per city to Tokopedia's Management Team
