Technical Support - Valve Products
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the valve or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of valve products, their components, and functionality.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- A degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and diagnose technical problems related to our valve products.
- Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and product managers, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or higher-level support when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new features, and industry trends to provide effective technical support.
