Kualifikasi :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or certification from an accredited university in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in related role
- Highly skilled in handling building maintenance, kitchen equipment, guest rooms, and public area maintenance Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion
- Experienced in environmentally sustainable approach to energy consumption management
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication
- A hands-on type of leader is also highly focused on strategizing and planning
